Is all this site emu and games supported by nintendo?

Dolphin has nothing to do with Nintendo.
The only thing that does are the games and they have nothing to do with Dolphin .

Emulators itself aren't necessarily illegal (like dolphin).

I believe it is however illegal to make a backup of a protected disc,but I thought nintendos tos says we can have backups, so I got no idea.

u CAN have ONE copy of disc.as long as u OWN original.
