Hey, I'm back from working on a different game. Going to continue working on the Xenoblade 60 fps patch now. Also, I found some NPC/Monster draw distance values. The debugger keeps crashing, so I'll stop messing with it for now, but here they are:
NPC = 80661CCC
Monster = 80663EC8
Try setting these to 43700000. (AR code, 80661CCC 43700000 and 80663EC8 43700000). A few issues: Towns have a sensitive draw distance, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Maybe it has to do with a limit on total NPCs? Monsters may also have a limit. Also, if you set the values too high, everything will disappear. Some things may not be covered by these values, but there are other values right next to these memory addresses that may do something.
