@toto621: most of the external post-proccesors depends in the use of a depth buffer. dolphin does not use a normal depth buffer, it uses a depth texture and that breaks depth data needed.
if you are interested you can try latest ishiiruka version, i'm developing a improved post processing interface, and one of the new shaders implements a basic DOF. the version is preliminar and need more testing before i make a pull reuqest to master but will let you play with some nice effects.
