Well, uncheck "Disable Fog" and check "OpenMP Texture Decoder". The rest of the settings looks okay.

This problem has probably been beaten to death already, but can't seem to resolve the audio crackle/stutter problem.
Tried all the builds here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=14356; no luck Ran it on 3.0-600; no luck. quick system summary: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 4/29/2012, 23:31:35 Machine name: SAMDESKTOP-PC Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120305-1505) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: System manufacturer System Model: System Product Name BIOS: BIOS Date: 06/11/10 14:15:37 Ver: 08.00.14 Processor: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 3584MB RAM Page File: 1482MB used, 5682MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found. My apologies, here are the screens:
http://imageshack.us/g/138/dolphinhlefixaudio.png/ (It's a slide show, should contain all the setup pages IE: Config/General; Config/Graphics; Graphics/General etc etc...) Again, any advice/suggestions of things I could try would be welcome. PS: This is the configurations on the "DOLPHIN 3-0-496 with Xenoblade HLE Fix" build. It's found here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread...=xenoblade Post #197 05-01-2012, 05:42 AM
Well, i don't think, that a GeForce GTS 250 can handle 4xSSAA. Set AA to "None" and the Internal Resolution (IR) to the highest value which works for you (no FPS drops). Besided, uncheck "Force Texture Filtering". The rest of the settings is okay.
btw: You've got an Intel Pentium, right? Yeah, this kind of CPU are a too slow for demanding games. 05-01-2012, 05:51 AM
His GPU can handle x4 Internal Resolution. I would set it to Window Size though and turn off AA.
Besides, I've literally posted where to get the latest build 4 pages ago. Get that instead. What performance do you get right now? 05-01-2012, 07:54 AM
FPS is alright, 20-25ish.
Some stutter, but all in all game looks fine. Main prob is the constant audio stutter. That's really the only thing I'm trying to fix. I'm cool with the FPS I'm getting right now. (Course any better would be awesome). Thanks for the input. I actually had all the AA and IR at lowest just to see if it would improve perf. Doesn't fix the audio stutter at all, so might as well make the game look prettier. Thanks for all the advice so far, I'll try the build Garteal recommended. Cheers, ssmc |
