Anyone happen to have some saves for this game? My system crashed and I lost about 20 hours of work. Would greatly appreciate if someone could share.

I'm currently playing Xenoblade Chronicles (PAL) on Dolphin r3.0-72 w/HLE hack, especially compiled for Xenonlade Chronicles. I'd been slogging through forum threads, Google and the Dolphin Wiki for some time before settling on that build. The game runs great, and looks fantastic after I cranked up the internal resolution.
Unfortunately, the 60 VPS patch I applied to the ISO hasn't changed anything. I'm still getting 25 FPS/50 VPS, even though I've checked "Use EuRGB60 Mode (PAL 60)" and tried all kinds of tweaks to the Framelimit settings (though perhaps I missed something). Anyone know what I need to do? My US copy is shipping from Nintendo soon (hopefully), maybe that'll do the trick. 04-07-2012, 12:44 AM
Overclock your CPU to more than 4 GHz and try a more up-to-date build. -> http://adf.ly/1489522/www.mediafire.com/...9d4o0uskjp (this is the 3.0-508 build from Lectrode with the Xenoblade Audio Patch)

I don't think the CPU is why I'm getting only 25 FPS from Xenoblade Chronicles, though. I've already applied kAs1m's patch, double-checked the patched ISO with a hex editor (the value has indeed been changed from SX4P01 to SX4J01), downloaded the build you just linked (thank you), and tried the game in that build, too. I get the same thing in the title bar: It says 25 FPS | 50 VPS | 100% speed. That's why I don't think it's the CPU; my speed is listed by Dolphin as 100% constant and the game runs very smoothly with flawless audio, even at 3x native resolution with 8x AF. It just seems to me that kAs1m's patch didn't take or it just isn't working with the settings I have in Dolphin. I really appreciate the help, but do you think that going from 3.8GHz to 4.0GHz will suddenly make the patch start working? That seems very strange to me.
Try it without the patch, maybe the patch messed up something.
And pls post your settings, maybe there is something wrong. 04-07-2012, 01:17 AM
If it says 25FPS, and 100% speed, and is the PAL version, is there a problem?
