I don't really see how it'll help since the settings in the picture aren't representative of what I use. Like I mentioned, I'm just using a whole ton of different combinations of settings, and this is just one combination among many.
I've tried with idle skipping on/off, lock threads to core on/off, dsp lle/dsp hle, I've tried disabling dtk music and audio throttle, using xaudio, using efb copies to ram, direct3d11, running at 1x native internal res. with af disabled and scaled efb/texture filtering/per pixel lightning disabled. Nothing seems to help at all.
disable per-pixel lightning, enable that idle skipping on game properties (it override main dolphin setting), try enabling accurate vbeam emulation.
and if you use 7714M from xtreme2damax's build (which I use untill 80 hours in the game), use xaudio2.
also, stick with a revision, that slowdown in battle are largely because of caching iirc.
