Also, I got a Rocketfish bluetooth adapter because it was in the Bluetooth whitelist/blacklist thread. Hoping it works well for me D:

Your Bluetooth adapter should work fine, just make sure you plug it in as close as possible to where you are when you're playing.
As far as overclocking, I actually applied an automated overclock process, and I'm starting to regret it, I'm having some trouble with crashing. I wanted to see if these built in automated processes were worth using, guess not. I'll probably reset to default and do it manually from the BIOS.
I recently upgraded from the stock i5 2500k Intel cooler to this.

No stuttering or sound problems for me, even during the opening and end credit videos, no stuttering or problems of any kind.

No, I had no aiming issues of any kind. I have played the entire game with Skip EFB Access from CPU unchecked. When I do check it, my aiming does indeed mess up just like it does for everyone else.
Using the custom projection hack in any rendering engine will cause your aiming reticule to disappear when you move. It makes the graphics look pretty by removing the DOF effect, but it comes at the cost of HUD problems.
In short, you probably shouldn't use it.

Like in TP a blue rupee will always get a cutscene when you pick it up the first time after loading a saved game. That is how the original SS works.
I play with Gecko codes that remove this and many other annoying things, like the slow text scrolling. This is the main reason I use revision 3.0-371, it has support for these new codes.

I've been following the recommendations on this thread. I'm using D3D11, and whatever version of Dolphin is currently in the downloads section (so I suppose the newest?).
My first issue was that everything looked blurry.. like ghosty. The custom "projection hack" totally fixed that in D3D11.
Here's my MAJOR problem though. I am totally victim of the aiming issue.. but worse than I've seen described so far. Not only does Link shoot where the targeting isn't.. but.. half the time the targeting goes away completely. Like.. no aiming reticle. I have unchecked the "skip EFB CPU access thing" (or whatever it's called) - made no difference whatsoever. Any suggestions?
In the meantime, I've been playing in D3D9, but, the ghosting is back. You can't keep the custom projection hack enabled because it makes everything go black. I think a different setting is needed for D3D9 but I haven't seen anyone post those figures yet.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The custom projection hack is what is making it disappear.
Also, you get a black screen in DX9 because you are probably using the wrong settings. The person who posted the hack put incorrect values in his initial post.
For DirectX9, it should be this:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel i5 2500k @ 3.3 ghz
ASUS P8P67LE
8GB DDR3 RAM
EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB
