I've adressed this problem before and other people probably have aswell. I'll just say it again.
Using R7718/R7719 you can bypass the problem by either switching to DirectX11, or switching to one of the latest revisions, like you did.
I've done the first two trials now and will do the 3rd one once i get home, i've found out that the crash only happens on the first trial (atleast for me) so you can do the remaining trials using DX9 if you prefer.
