What's that you say? You don't have a Wii, but want to use DSP LLE?
Well then you can use the reversed iROM here that LM1234 made, it should work with any game that uses the Zelda ucode.
Some games that use the Zelda ucode:
- Animal Crossing
- DK Jungle Beat
- The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
- Luigi's Mansion
- Mario Kart: Double Dash (and wii?)
- Pikmin (1 & 2)
- Super Mario Sunshine
- Super Mario Galaxy (1 & 2)
(thanks to Garteal and DefenderX for the list, Garteal also gave lots of tips )
The guide doesn't say anything on how to install it without a Wii.....

I've borrowed a Wii + Zelda SS for a day. OFC ...graphics are way better on Dolphin @ 1080p but theres a difference between wiimote lag.
Emulator running at the standard 30 FPS gets wiimote lag ingame (not huge but still sesizable) while original wii has (almost) no wiimote lag but running at the same 30 FPS. (using dolphin ver. 3.5) I dont have any wimote lag on games that run at 60 FPS (SMG 2) I have wiimote timing checked and I've set the limit game by FPS to 60 FPS. I noticed the game was running at 60 FPS on most areas and the wiimote was more responsive (no lag) but the game was running at twice the speed also . Is there a way to fix this ? maybe some other dolphin revision ?

The game runs great at 30fps, but I was hoping to get the silky-smooth effect of having it padded to 60fps without it simply running the game twice as fast. There's input lag for Zelda SS? Dang! That's a turnoff, but the game looks like a gorgeous painting on Dolphin. Somebody please tell me there's a workaround on Dolphin for this!!!

''I fixed my problem by making a new data. Also why does the Zelda Skyward sword game become laggy after the bird race and the parachute thing. My great frames dropped very low.'' I have the same problem. Dolphin crashing right when you stick the sword into the ground - before the 1st trial. How did you fixed the Zelda SS crashing at the first trial ? How do you mean 'by making a new data' ?

Allready tried to use DPS LLE - it wont help. However - I transffered my savegame to Dolphin-win-x64-v3.0-631 and I passed the trial phase.
I realised that in the exact moment when Dolphin ver 3.5 was crashing the older Dolphin ver. 3.0.631 is having a slight FPS drop for a second - but the game continues. After some google search I saw that this is a known issue with the newer versions so maybe this info will help the devs. (I have a save state right before the crash)

Hello people. The emulator works great, I have been playing Zelda SS for over 20 hours now. And yes, I have the same problem. When thrusting the sword in the ground, the emulator crashes.
Another problem I have is that my Wiimote sometimes disconnected, and then to connect it again, I have to synchronize it again with the emulator and then Windows goes online to download the driver, etc. This happens everytime! Why does Windows have to install the driver again and again? Very annoying... But congratulations to he programmer: great job! 01-10-2013, 04:43 AM

It should be mentioned on the first page of the thread, since most ppl will use the new 3.5 version of dolphin.Quote:How did you fixed the Zelda SS crashing at the first trial ?Use DSP LLE There seems to be a shader problem of some kind... Anyway, to fix the issue you must set the graphics (backend) to OpenGL and from 'Enchantments' tab you must set Internal rezolution to 1x or 1.5x / 2x or 2.5x / 3x / 4x. Don't set the internal rezolution to Auto because the game wont work. Dolphin won't crash when entering trials using this method. Now we must wait for Mucosoft to fix the shader bug to be able to complete the game in DirectX mode.

http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/iss...il?id=5682 , there currently is no solution but you can use an older revision like 3.0-767 http://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/1e17...00bf05da0/
