Dolphin is a royal pain to play this game with, especially with the performance issues, sound issues, and black screens the game has with Dolphin.
Performance is good if you have a good PC and you can play in HD, wich is better.
But yeah, I'am not playing it at least until the sound issues are solved.
Well I do have a fairly good PC:
Core2Duo E8500 OC to 3.29 Ghz (For some reason I can't go past that or my system refuses to post), 4 GB DDR2 Ram in Dual Channel, Geforce 9800 GT 512 MB.
I only manage to get an average of 30 - 45 FPS with the exception of a few levels at 50 - 60 FPS. The spaceship only runs at 43 - 47 FPS for me. This is using performance settings for Dolphin, I feel kind of confused, since my PC should be capable of squeezing more FPS out of games.
Same here with my specs, same average at 1024x768 and 1280x1024...resolution doesn't matter for me...
