Hi i got the same error and i suscribe just to help.

First i load the emu, then i load New Super Mario World, then i close the game, not the emu, then i load Resident Evil 4 Wii, and it works. If i dont follow those steps i get the babe0001 error that u mention before.

While writing this, i tested with another game and it also works, so good luck with that.

I have this problem and your solution doesn't work for me with r5135M, any idea ? Sad

use more old svn's, for this moment i used Dolphin-r4963 and everything works fine for me.
in newest svn's the game showing this problem and dont working anymore....

RE4 is not booting anymore. I know it used to work fine up to r5022 and in r5024 it is not booting anymore. So the problem is either r5023 or r5024. I would've reported a bug but unfortunately I'm not able to use google code hosting anymore for some reason ;(

Hey,

i have a simple question! Is it worth to acquire this game in wii or gc-version? Or is it inconclusively necessary to own the wii-version, only because its up to date, better graphics i guess and so on?!

as far as i know the graphics are the same. wii version only has wiimote controls and widescreen support, I guess.

You have 30 FPS constantly?

How come the Gamecube version suffers from massive slowdowns, while the Wii version works at a constant 30 FPS?

I have a Core2Duo E8500, 4 GB of Ram, Geforce 9800 GT so there shouldn't be such issues with slowdowns, seems weird the Gamecube version would only suffer from this and not the Wii version. Undecided

And Playstaion 2 bonuses in Wii version, like Ada's storymode, guns and skins

Get the Wii version. It's got Ada's mode, widescreen support, and you can actually aim with a mouse or Wiimote.
