Do you also have this? No, just sometimes sound is little desync in cutscenes (01-25-2010, 09:05 AM)channjose Wrote: which are your system specs? If you have good cooler for procesor and know what you are doing than yes, otherwise dont do it. I personaly dont like clocking, but performance will be much better for you in any game in Dolphin. 01-25-2010, 05:21 PM
i tried many revisions (r4955, r4865, r4838, 4950, 4905....) but when i loading re4.iso the dolphin write error: INVALID ADDRESS:BABE0001.

Hi i got the same error and i suscribe just to help. First i load the emu, then i load New Super Mario World, then i close the game, not the emu, then i load Resident Evil 4 Wii, and it works. If i dont follow those steps i get the babe0001 error that u mention before. While writing this, i tested with another game and it also works, so good luck with that. 01-26-2010, 11:58 PM
Hi I justed wanted to drop by and mention an error I found in both RE4 for Gamecube AND Wii on Dolphin. In chapter 3-1 attempting to co-operatively raise the crank up, the two platforms both Leon and Ashley must stand on to activate it, the game freezes altogethor if you move Leon onto the right platform. However skillfully maneuvering around it, and asking Ashley to stay there on it, then moving Leon to the left platform, the game does not freeze at the cutscene. Just wanted to point this out. Note, currently I'm using Orleans Dolphin Rev. 5036 and the GC version of the game gave me this error since about Rev. 4890 (or so).
PS, absolutely love the emulator, I wanted to express my gratitude at this great piece of work! All these RE Games are running fantasticly for me, with only occasional framerate problems with too many enemies. Anyways, Thanks guys, keep up the good work. RE4 is working fairly alright for me. However, there are certain issues i encounter; like texture errors. I use recent svns like 498x-5000, all exhibit this error. Audio, of cos, isn't perfect, music cutting off, not 100% syncing & there are stutterings in cutscenes. Another pity is, dolby prologic II isn't supported in the plugin.
System spec: AMD Phenom II x3 720 @3.3Ghz 2Gb DDR2 800 Ram GTX260 Realtek HD Windows 7 x64 Below are the texture errors.
The game runs with fullspeed for me (30fps) and 16xAA and the settings posted from Ocean.
Make sure you to disable Audio Throttle in DSP otherwise background noise will be there. No slowdowns whatsoever for me and i played for 2 hours. This is incredible looking. The Build 4897 from www.dolphin-emu.org is excellent for this game. Newer Version broke the game for me.
