The reset button hasn't yet been implemented in a way that works with Wii games.

I suppose if I want to reset a Wii game, I can just bring up the HOME Menu and hit RESET. Works just as well as using a key binding. Thank you JosJuice! I honestly had not known that about Dolphin. Silly me. 07-05-2016, 06:10 PM
I've come across an issue when you run this game in a mac. Since I didn't find any reports about it, I suppose it's something relatively new.
I'm trying to make New Super Mario Bros work in my mac mini. In principle, everything is find out-of-the-box, and the framerates are acceptable, but as soon as I pass the first screens (choose game-mode, number of players, etc) and I'm about to start playing, dolphin crashes without any warning. The backtrace looks to me as if there were some probem with the graphics. Is there any specific problem with macs and this game? To reproduce the problem, just try to run the game with dolphin release 5. I tried several configurationsto no avail. 07-07-2016, 09:15 AM
Hi,
I got stuck on very beginning. On one of the first screens I need to select world and I cannot do this. I got default configuration for Wiimote emulation and I don't really know, what keys should I press... looks like I should press both left and right mouse buttons (?) - but it's not working. Screen is attached and I marked the "Select" symbol Can somebody help me? 07-07-2016, 05:50 PM

I investigated further. The problem happens with OpenGL and the software renderer as graphics backend, so I really don't know what's wrong. Maybe this is not the right place to ask this question, should I file a bug???
Hi,
for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, which would be the best graphic setup with my Mac? I use to connect the Mac to a HD monitor. I use Dolphin 3.5. Thanks (07-21-2016, 10:35 PM)franz86 Wrote: Hi, First, update to Dolphin 5.0 or one of the dev builds. The improvements are enormous. Second, try default settings. If your computer can't keep up, reduce them. If it is performing well, increase resolution until it causes problems, then reduce them until it performs well again. This answer is basically true for all games you wish to try. Dolphin includes default settings for each game to help you avoid any problems. Just try it, and if you encounter a specific problem then come back and write about it.
Intel 4770K 3.5GHz // Nvidia GTX 770 2GB //Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600MHz // Windows 8.1 x64 // Latest Dolphin dev build
