This has been a journey so far, costing me time, money and grey hairs, and still it doesn't work
I bought a Wii MotionPlus Inside controller, with nuncheck, specifically for use with Dolphin. I also bought the TP Link UB400 recommended on the Passthrough page, but no matter what I try, Dolphin doesn't recognise the motion controls. The A, B and Home buttons work (perhaps the d-pad, I haven't tried), but nothing else. I don't have a sensor bar because I understood that the MotionPlus doesn't need one, and Dolphin will take the data from the controller.
I've tried emulating the adapter (and both trying to connect as a Real Wii mote and also and emulated one), but that doesn't even pair (I assume that's because I had to install the libusbK driver for the TP Link, so it doesn't work as a 'normal' Bluetooth adapter any more?) I also have another TP Link adapter, which didn't work under Bluetooth passthrough (hence why I bought the UB400) and, even reverting back to a generic driver, also doesn't pair.
I have the WiimoteNew.ini showing as 'MotionPlusConnected = True" and, curiously, it also has all the mappings listed (which must be auto-populated, as I didn't do anything with them).
Anybody know what I can try next? Why would the buttons work, but no motion controls? Why won't the controller pair under the 'Emulate the adapter' setting when using my older bluetooth adapter?
Really would appreciate any guidance!
