Wii Motion Plus Emulated

Hello. My name is Tuffman715 and I am a long time follower to the Dolphin Project. You're doing a pretty good job now.
Anyways, I wanted to ask something. Is there any way to Emulate a Wii Motion Plus controller without the need of a real controller and a bluetooth USB? If yes, please tell me how. If no, then I would like that to be an option in the next update, if you can. So please, help me.

Unfortunately, the Emulated WiiMotion+ builds are long dead. Perhaps this will be brought forward, but it's unlikely.

Darn. Well, I really hope Developpers would see this and decide to do it. Think about all the people who are going to download the Emulator if they do it.
