Hi. I'm using the latest dev version (5.0-9616) of dolphin and durring cutscenes the games slows down from 60 fps to below 20 fps. I saw this in the log the moment the slowdown happens:
Code: 13:56:152 core\ios\fs\filesystemproxy.cpp:55 E[IOS_FS]: ReadDirectory(/shared2/sys/SYSCONF): result -101 I'm playing the PAL version. UPDATE: Tried the slighty modified Metafortress bypass code form here (removed one line because it was crashing Dolphin): https://geckocodes.org/index.php?c=SUKP01 Now regardless if the cutscene is seen for the first time in story mode or replayed in Theatre it dosen't slow down anymore. Tested on 5.0-9616 with D3D, V-Sync globaly enabled, Asynchrounous (Ubershaders), IR 6x, AA x4, AF x4, Scaled EFB copy enabled, Force Texture Filtering enabled, Disable Copy Filter enabled, Format Changes ignored, Defer EFB Copies to RAM enabled, Texture Cache middle, both XFB option checked, Fast Depth Calculation enabled, Bounding Box disabled. Below is the gameini file I'm using: Code: [OnLoad] 04-26-2019, 06:41 PM
Hello, I completed the full game with lastest builds with no problems, but the game have some slowdowns when the main menu load, or at beggining of the stages, and just asking if this is normal, related to shaders or something. Its like the first load of the game, at main menu, at enter on the level, few seconds, the frame rate down to bottom and music is cracked and slowdown also. But after these few seconds the game run at 60fps easily. My hardware is i5-4960K 8Gb ram GTX960. the settings I used was mostly default but D3D12 with Ubershaders (async).

For some reason every time I try to start the game I keep getting stuck at a black screen and I cannot figure out why? Any fixes?

Hello,
Whenever I try to enter The Arena while playing Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Dolphin crashes and closes. I have tried past remedies such as changing the CPU emulation engine, but they haven't worked. Can someone assist me? 12-28-2023, 11:26 PM

By verifying your game dump, I mean Right Click Game > Properties > Verify > Verify Integrity

I tried re-dumping it from disc and playing up to the Arena all over again, but I experienced the same result. Do you have any idea why Dolphin closes without an error whenever I enter the Arena? Also, Happy New Years! |
