Apologies if this is the wrong subforum to post on, I couldn't find the New Thread button in the Wii section.
Having trouble with importing data on this game, if it helps the associated game details are:
Name: FIRE EMBLEM 10 USA (Disc 1, Revision 1)
Game ID: RFEE01 (0001000052464545)
I am using the .wbfs file format
My general process has been to download an associated save from GameFaqs:
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/wii/932999...dawn/saves
The downloaded file named somwhere along the lines of [fire-emblem-radiant-dawn.randomnumberstring].bin. I'll go to the save folder via the Open Wii Save folder, which has a banner.bin and a FE10_US.dat file, delete the banner.bin, drag the downloaded file into folder, and then rename it to banner.bin. However, booting up the game after shows no changes in the save data, and all of the GameFaqs saves are solely the .bin, not the .dat. Any help would be greatly appreciated in finding out to import a save from GameFaqs, along with any potential info on what the .bin and .data actually are. There's a bit in the game where I can import a save from the GameCube prequel, and I want to know if I can get the best of both worlds by importing maxed out GC save data while also being able to access the New Game+ options by downloading a Radiant Dawn save.
If any more info or photos concerning my process are needed I will try my best to relay them, again many thanks for any potential help on the matter
