This game fails to render anything properly in game on the latest version. Menus and such are fine. The last version I remember it working perfectly fine was 4.0-3644. Haven't updated in a while but when I did, this happens in game: http://imgur.com/m1X8Uya

Seems OpenGL works fine but Direct3D is broken. Not using any new hacks or anything. Been using this setup forever.

I would but sadly I don't have the time to go through them all. I'll just stick with an old version for this game.

This game runs at a constant 120% on my PC. The sounds are pitched higher than they should be. Any solutions for me?

The OpenAL audio backend in Dolphin features pitch correction.  Try changing the audio backend to that.
