I was thinking that someone will be saved in two players on wii and then give a try to upload the save to play using load state? Or does it have any option to change the game with the emulator open? so we put a game supports two players and then return home and push the donkey. So the controls are already connected. sorry for my English. 11-16-2011, 04:03 AM

However, an emulator tries to get better and better over time, regressions should be addressed. That's such a dumb and ignorant comment for so many reasons... These kinds of problems have already been addresed in this project by the switch to GIT system allowing changes to be baked and then inserted into the main branch when done. I'd be very scared to see the state of this project if it were not open source. Same with PCSX2, JPCSP, and on and on...

The major problem with open source is people have different styles of coding stuff --- and we do not know if they are qualified to be programmers. This results in programs not operating in a clean and efficient manner (bugs, crashes, performance hit, etc.). This also requires the programmer to precisely interpret the codes in case they need to change them. One solution would be to get the people to submit the algorithms, but the developers (despite working for free) just have to know how to interpret them. If they can't, then they can either ask the submitter to elaborate or just forget about it. This is stuff you should know. Duh. The emulator isn't even usable for most people, so IMO, people are just wasting their time. That's why no other group really bothered to build an emulator like this (some refuse because of possible legal ramifications) --- I'd be okay without using the emulator. 11-17-2011, 04:20 AM

Yeah, you know the old saying people love to use, "if you don't like it, don't use it or code it better yourself". That kinda still holds true with comments like yours. If someone new wants to join and submit code, they have to show one of the developers that their change is needed and works, it's pretty easy to see if someone knows what they're doing or not by looking at a few lines of their code. All in all, the project is not perfect, but there is no way it would be this far along if the project didn't go open source.
Anyway, this is not the place for this discussion, feel free to start a new thread somewhere else if you want to talk about this more. Any further off-topic posts will be deleted.
