anyway... I just tried the game with the most recent build (r6575) and damn, it feels very smooth...I'm pretty sure it's less jerky and also faster than before (though I haven't tested the game with the last 30-50 revs; so I can't tell what commit exactly did it...guess that one by marcos). Also the sounds appears more stable (though still not perfect) aaaand I accidentally even forgot to check "lock threads to core" (well, maybe that's why it was faster for me, duh), and got no freezes didn't test for long, though.
