Anyways, are you running the latest development build of Dolphin? This may be an issue with older versions. Also, do you edit your ISO files in any way? (the best example I can give is Wii Scrubber)

I downloaded the vlatest version 2 days ago...
If I want to update Dolphin, which is the right procedure in order not to loose every settings?
Absolutely no, i didn't edit any ISO file

If you're not using portable mode (If you don't know, you're not)

If you're already using a development build:

1. Delete all the files in the folder you're keeping the build and just extract all the files from the new build to the same folder. (Or a new folder if you want to keep both)

If you're using a stable build

1. Just extract the development build to any folder you want.

thanks!
Well, in the Ishiiruka forum i have solved the problem! I don't know which is the parameter tha caused the issue, but with these initial settings on Ishiiruka, issues are disappeared:
in the first enhancements tab:
Internal resolution 3x
Antialiazing NONE
Aniso 1x
Ubershader: Disabled
Filetreing and culling : Naive
Scaled EFB Copy Enabled
Texture Scalling Off
Hacks Tab:
Stored efb copies to Textures Only checked
Texture cache acuracy fast
External Framebuffer : Disabled or virtual
Bounding Box: Disabled
FastDepth Calclation checked
Full Async Shader Compilation Checked
In the Advanced Tab
Compile Shaders On Sttartup Checked.

Then, i tried to enhance the filters and this is the final results on my current pc:
1) I have tried with Resolution 1080p, Anti-Aliasing 8xMSAA and Anisotropic 16x and games still are fully at 60fps!!!!!
2) Then i tried 1080p, 2xSSAA and 8x Anisotropic and games are fully at 60fps. With 1080p, 4xSSAA and 8x Anisotropic sometimes there are slowdowns in some specifict points (from 60 to 40/45fps). And with 8xSSAA slowdowns are in the same point but more evident (from 60 to 30 fps).
So probably SSAA requires more resources. In any case probably the problem wasn't my cpu/gpu, there wat another parameter that caused the issue...

I tried similar settings on regular Dolphin (Ubershader: Disabled of Ishiiruka is equivalent to Synchronous in Dolphin i think): slowdowns are disappeard, but freezes are occasionally present Sad For sure isn't a problem of CPU/GPU because fps are always at 60...but the games for an instant sometimes freeze.. i don't know why...

Awesome! The freezes just might be a Dolphin bug, can you note the VPS, FPS, audio backend and video backend when they occur? (These are found in windowed mode, where the application description should be, across frrom the 3 wimdow options.)

well, inn these specific points, FPS, VPS and % pass from 60, 60 100% to about 25, 25 and 32%, more or less.
And it happens only with Dolphin (i have just updated it to the latest version), not with Ishiiruka... it's really strange..

Does this vary between video backends (OpenGL, D3D, etc etc) and audio backends (OpenAL, Dsound, XAudio2)?

Otherwise, the VPS and FPS declines seem to indicate that your PC is low on power. Can you run a CPU and GPU monitor, and see what happens where the VPS and FPS drop?

I tried both OpenGL and Direct3D11, same issue.  I have tried  audio XAudio2 and Cubed, combined with Direct3D11: same issue.  The others options for audio are WASAPI (Exclusive Mode) and No Audio Output. Is it necessary to try them too?

Yes sure, can you suggest a cpu/gpu monitor that i can install, please=?

Try WASAPI, but no audio is pretty much useless.

I recommend CPU-Z and GPU-Z. You can find CPU-Z here, and GPU-Z here.

i tried, same issue, in same points...
i downlaoded the 2 software and installed them. But if i open the 2 interfaces, during a game session, the focus isn't on the Dolphin window so i can't play if the windows of CPU-Z and GPU-Z are on the screen. And whch are the tab/parameters that i have to check during a game session?

It coul be very userr a software like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BzsNki3zJM&t=1057s at minute 13:00 more or less So you know it?
