I've been making a Rainmeter frontend for Dolphin. However, I'm currently trying to figure out how to get the shortcut or batch file to work correctly.
They both work, but with issues.
Windows shortcut method:
Opens the game in fullscreen,
No gamelist window,
Exits without leaving the gamelist window.
But creates a User folder in the ROM's directory - this is the only issue with it. Why does it do this when I have specified a location?
Batch file method:
Opens cmd window - I don't know how to open this minimised.
Opens game, but the window is always very small window, even after Maximising and restarting.
Also opens another window over the emulation asking whether I want to "Allow Usage Statistics Reporting". Which I have to confirm or deny to close it.
Closing the emulation leaves no windows behind.
This method does not leave a random User folder anywhere.
Either way, there's issues. I would be happier with the Windows Shortcut method, if I can just get it to stop creating that User folder!
Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.
