updated latets folder with a new version, small fixes to some compilation warnings, fix dx9 while using dithering, keep track of used shader uids even if ubershader exclusive mode is used, in that way optimized shader will be build nex time the game start if "Compile shader on statup" option is enabled.

For some reason every game is rendering at the native resolution, instead of 6x or whatever variable I have it at. Every other setting works, except for resolution. Just started today, was working fine for months. It only appears to happen when using D311. OGL works fine. Not having this issue with the regular Dolphin build either. Any ideas?

In New Super Mario Bros, the platform is invisible along with other objects during game play. This is only an issue in DX11. I'm running Ishiiruka version 988.

Don't compile code as root.
