Unable to get nunchuck to function properly with DolphinBar

Hello all, I recently purchased a mayflash dolphin bar, and a genuine wiimote plus/nunchuk. I am unable to get dolphin to recognize any input from the nunchuk, even when I unplug it and plug it back in. It's like having the nunchuk is causing issues with the connection. The nunchuk is RVL-004 and the wiimote RVL-036.

I have tried everything from turning on continuous scanning to disabling remote speaker, etc. Basically what I could find. I just want to play the Prime Trilogy.

have the exact same setup these are my settings never have any problems.

make sure continuous scanning is selected in controllers. don't select passthrough choose emulate bluetooth adapter and choose real remote

make sure the mayflash bar is set on option 4.
