I can't seem to run Melee. When I try to open on the game list, it shuts down and closes the emulator. Any settings I should use ?

There's actually no error message of any kind. It just closed for no reason.

In addition to drivers there also 2 other options you can try. You can see the game iso is good by verifying the iso in the game properties. Lastly you could try a clean install of dolphin with a portable.txt file created at the dolphin.exe folder to see if that helps. It might be worth disabling the anti-virus during the uziping also.

There is no portable.txt file when I downloaded the zip file and disable the anti-virus for a minute. I'm using a developer version. I tried installing the emulator again and it didn't work. Also, how do I update the drivers and do I need to update Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable for Visual Studio?

You need to create the "portable.txt" yourself |
