It's not on the wiki as this is not an officially released title for the Wii.

You can determine the Game ID for any title by right clicking it in Dolphin's ROM browser and selecting Properties. The Game ID is shown on the Info tab.

Dolphin's wiki does not cover hacked versions of games, for all sorts of reasons. For example, the GameID is whatever the hack maker set it to, so it could either be something entirely new or just the original GameID of the game. This kind of variability is just one of the factors in why the wiki doesn't allow them.

Anyway, you can find the GameID of a title by right clicking the game in Dolphin's game list, going to "properties", and checking the "info" tab.
