I installed few days ago windows 10 . And installed dolphin again . But i have a little problem now .

For example Mario galaxy 2 menu screen start with stuttering , then the stuttering goes away . Game itself runs perfect .
Same for smash Brothers on gamecube , but there its when the game start . Then again the stuttering goes away .

My pc is powerfull enough thats not the problem .

On Windows 7 everything was full speed without stuttering .

There must be setting that causes this problem .

Somebody could help please .

Thank you

Does the stuttering happen every time you run the game, or just the first time on a new build?

We don't actually know if your PC is strong enough.

Your CPU just says "intel"

As per our rules, you're required to provide as much as information as possible, including your PC specs. If you don't know what you have, grab Speccy (or press Windows-key + Pause to open System info. CPU is listed there as well) and update your profile please.

My specs are 16gig ram memory , xeon cpu 3,7 and nvidia gtx 750 gtx ti oc

But like i said on windows 7 no problems at all . Everything full speed without any stuttering .

Just played mario galaxy 2 and on this game its only when game menu starts . Where you need to push the A and B button togther . Then after it game runs perfect .

In Mario smarh brothers its when game match starts few sec stuttering and low frames and then runs perfect .
I was thinking is it because i choose in the beginning 60 mhz instead of 50 mhz .

But yeah that don't explain to problem in mario galaxy 2 .

I will test some more games . But i think its just some setting that is wrong .

oh and i play everyting in opengl . Never had problems like this . Vsync is on . also in my Nvidia settings .

That's shader compilation.

Because Dolphin is not a game engine, Dolphin has no idea what shaders are needed before the game creates an effect that requires a shader to be generated to emulate. To keep things from not falling apart and stable, Dolphin stutters while that shader is compiled. Once compiled, it stays cached on disk and will always stay cached until you update Dolphin to a newer version or update your GPU driver.
