What about your plugins, audio, and graphics settings?

On: Enable Dualcore, Enable Idle Skipping , Framelimit 120, Hle the Ipl, Jit Recompiler, lock threads to cores , Confirm on stop.

Solution:

- Select JITIL Experimental recompiler in General tab
- Set Framelimit OFF in General Tab and Audio Trotle ON in HLE Audio plugin options.
- Enable Progressive Scan in Wii Tab.
- Use DirectX PLugin. >In Advance Tab select "Enable EFB Copy > to texture".

Good luck.
