I dont have the propiedades de DX9 Graphics plugin..... Where I can find it? Or I need a special driver?

to use it you must update your directx. (even if you have dx10/11)

speed is working now! Thank you all very much! But an new problem: Dolphin crashes when I finish an mission of Sonic and the secret Rings....
