Speed Hacks

I have heard people talking of speed hacks for dolphin
I was wondering where I could obtain them?

Frankly said, there aren't actually any.
Anything which pretends to be a speed hack is most likely a hoax.

The only "speed hacks" for Dolphin is using the performance settings that are already in the emulator such as the HLE audio plugin, Copy EFB to Texture, XFB Disabled, Safe Texture Cache Disabled (Unless a game needs it), CPU EFB Access Disabled (Unless a game needs it), lower resolution, no SSAA, EFB Scale 1x or fractional etc..
