When playing certain games, the emulator will freeze then crash, and have lingering side effects until I restart my laptop. A couple days ago I was emulating them just fine, my laptop has no issues before launching Dolphin and I've made sure to update Dolphin, system update, and check for updates to my display driver.
After the crash, my screen will periodically flicker black, the visuals may jump between clear and blurry, and the content on the screen will briefly slide/wrap as shown in the picture below.
Prior to the dolphin crash, I'm able to browse the internet and play games like Minecraft with no issues at all.

_____
Games that cause crashes: Mario superstar Baseball (crashes after roughly 10 minutes), Pikmin (crashes after roughly 15 minutes), Super Smash Bros. Melee (crashed after lengthy session, minimal lingering effects)
Games that don't cause crashes: Super Mario Sunshine
