My stuttering is no where near that bad. It only lasts for about .3-.4 seconds, but it is still a noticeable thing.
I have never cleared the shadercache and I still get the issue with stuttering when swinging at pots (and for builds other than async-dvd I also get it with turning around in Skyloft).
I don't see any change in the pshader statistics when I attack an enemy with my sword or stab at a pot.
My internet must have failed me, because I posted in this thread (or at least I believed I did) that this issue was fixed after killing off my mouse application for my phone (it only causes a problem if my phone is actually connected).
Shaders might be your issue, but they aren't mine.
