I'm running Linux Mint 14 (12.10 derivative) Cinnamon x64, and I've had this issue with 3.5-0 and 3.5-397. Mostly everything's fine, but I downloaded a NAND dump because I wanted to try out the menu. I used nand tools and all that successfully, and I can load the blank menu screen alright, but I tried pausing Kirby's Return to Dreamland and going to the Wii menu from there, and the program just closes.
Anyhoo that's probably not important... The NAND dump was in a foreign language, so I went through the bootmii hulabaloo and, after some fussing, got the NAND dump off my own machine (4.3U), converted with nand tools, and used that. Whenever I go into the settings, I get that message (in the subject line). It happens after I put the NAND dump in the dolphin-emu/Wii directory--this was consistent with both NAND dumps I tried. Everything that was working before still seems to, but I'm wondering what that message means, and how to rid myself of it.
