To work out the MD5 of the ISO, download something like Hashcalc. Then check the number against the one on redump.org

I suppose I should buy a disk drive that I can use to dump games to be perfectly sure I get a good dump.
The one I have, Optiarc DVD RW AD-7260S seems to be closely related to one of the disk drives listed as working, AD-7203A, but trying to use the Rawdump program didn't work.

That, or I could just look around the internet further.
