Sooo... Just wondering here...
What are you going to do with all that hardware? What might possible demand this unrivaled amount of raw power? ... Why? Infinite power to compiling code of course! 10-09-2018, 11:23 PM

Challenge accepted! Bring it on Dolphin! * 8x Native Internal Resolution. Nah... 10x Native Internal Resolution should suffice. * 8x SSAA * 16x Anisotropic Filtering * Just pick out a powerful Post-Processing Effect * Add ReShade to it. * Load Custom 8K PNG textures and prefetch them. * DSP LLE Recompiler for optimal audio. * Overclock the Emulated CPU Clock for Dolphin to 400%! * Optimal accuracy settings. We demand Safe Texture Cache and Store EFB copies to RAM and Texture! * Disable Dual Core... Paper Mario 2 has issues with it anyway. * Don't forget to hack the game to include support for 21:9 displays and 144 FPS. I think it works for Super Smash Bros. Melee? I never tried, I just stop at 60 FPS. Hmm... CPU Interpreter... Yeah, I can see it completely happen already... In roughly 10 years from now for me. 10-10-2018, 02:23 AM

Wow wow wow wow! Way too much budget here for me...
(It's OK poor GTX 970M and i7-5700HQ, I still like you both even if you are not that powerful...) My whole setup costed less than this GPU.
Enjoy.

Here we go again with the Windows 10 October Update. They fixed it and it's currently tested by Windows Insider : https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperie...-insiders/
The cause was really simple actually, and it would have affected very few user, as it's a very specific case (one I never saw personally tbh)...
