If you have the option of more than 1 ISP in your area in the US, you're considered lucky. A lot of people live where there's no choice but to go with a single provider. This is how American Capitalism works as it relates to ISPs...

Well, breaking up a monopoly requires government regulation, which is a Bad Thing™ over here, so not gonna happen. More mergers of already large media/internet corporations into a single, monstrous entity? Now that's freedom!

That's really, really, slow, though, isn't it? Obviously, the OP wants something that goes faster even if it looks a little bit worse, for example, a shader that just outputs black.
