Visual studio was giving me anger problems yesterday doing my C++ homework. Showed no errors in the source code but when I would run it it threw an error for every line. I literally just copied and pasted it into a new source file and it worked instantly. I hate computers...

Yes definitely get Rocket League. I don't play games much but it has quickly became my most played game overall.

Spoiler:
@MaJoR - You asked me how the Legend of Legacy is on the 3DS. I'm about 10 hours in (supposed to be 50 hours long?) so I'll give you my assessment so far.
If you're looking for a game with an interesting narrative, compelling story, or notable cast of characters, look somewhere else. This game goes out of its way to minimize the story elements (and by extension the characters you play as). I've heard it compared to the early Etrian Odyssey games that lacked story modes, so if you're into that, you should be alright. For me, it's not a deal breaker. This game focuses heavily on gameplay, which translates to battles and exploration. Battles are pretty much standard turn-based JRPG fare. You fight until one side dies, attack, defend, manage HP and SP for special attacks. The twist here is that eventually your characters get to summon elements in battle, which affect how you play. For example, summoning water means you recover HP during the end of a turn, and you can cast some water based moves. It doesn't seem deep at first, but eventually you begin to rely on it for more difficult battles. The second twist is that you can come up with your own formations (e.g who is up front, in back, in attack mode or in defense mode) and you can change it every turn. It's somewhat similar to Paradigm Shift system used by Final Fantasy 13 (the 1st 13) but not necessarily as varied. Still, since most of the enemies you face are typically overpowered when you first meet them, it forces you to rely on strategy. One gotcha that many people find either refreshing or annoying is the leveling up system. No one knows how it works (I'm serious). Some people think there's an ordered system that's just very, very obscure in its rules, while others swear it's just all in the RNG and luck. Anyway, your characters don't have overall levels. They have 3 core stats (Attack, Guard, Support) that level up independently. Your HP and SP level up too. How this happens is still a mystery, so basically you just try to fight tougher monsters. You can also level up attacks (again with the same 3 stats listed above) which makes them more effective in battle. Some criticisms I have (aside from the non-existent story, I means it's so thin...) with the gameplay itself is that it can get quite repetitive. You're supposed to fight tougher monsters to level up quickly, but even fighting regular lower level monsters, you still level up at a decent pace. In actuality, it's hard to avoid fighting every other monster you meet on the field. They chase you down across half the map (I've had my 3DS drop frames because there were too many following me once!) until they give up, so more often than not if you stop or slow down or make a wrong turn (which you probably will if you're trying to do the exploring part of the game), you quickly get stuck in lots of battles. The combat gets repetitive though, once you develop strategies for certain encounters. Like Bravely Default, you can Auto-Battle and Fast Forward, so it's not that bad. But, unfortunately, whether or not you intend to, the game kinda forces you into grinding. Exploration is fun; you get to complete maps by % points and can sell them for cash in town, but it's kinda repetitive crawling every last inch to get perfect or decent maps (again fighting nearly every enemy that chases after you). On other notes, the game has nice visuals. I appreciated that the 3D models are reasonably sized both in battle and in the dungeons (who wants to look at tiny squished models on the 3DS?). The Chibi style is reminiscent of Bravely Default but not overdone. The game's dungeons/maps unfold out in a sort of "story pop-up book" fashion, and it works well actually. Some people will notice that Masashi Hamauzu composed the music for this game, so that much might be worth it for fans. I really liked his work in the 1st FF13, and I kinda wish we'd seen more of that here (FYI, Blinded by Light is an awesome track!). Legend of Legacy is more subdued in tempo, even in battles, but it's still good work. What I do like about the game, however, is how difficult it is. This game keeps me coming back for more abuse. You can regularly enter a new area and get your ass handed to you on your first encounter, and there are some monsters that have serious balance issues (think like those lvl 85+ monsters you could meet in Xenoblade Chronicles when you were like barely like lvl 20), but that's part of the draw for me, the challenge. Oh, the game lets you take screenshots as well, any time, anywhere, which is pretty neat. Ultimately, this game is a throwback to the old days of RPGs where there wasn't really room to develop extensive plots and you were basically left on your own to discover the world. The game doesn't come out and say "Hey, we need to go here now", so you just run around until you find everything you can find in an area. TL;DR Game has little story + non-standard leveling system, battles can become kinda grindy, but it forces you to maximize your strategies. Not for everyone, but for those that want something a little harder to master. Would I recommend it to you? Nah, go buy Stella Glow or pre-order Bravely Second (I just grabbed a pre-order for the collectors edition, 250 page artbook ftw).
Yeeaaa, it sounds like I wouldn't really enjoy that game... Thanks Shonumi!
And um, what is Stella Glow? EDIT: Oh... this review is not the most favorable. :/ Another Edit: Oh! Btw, I finished Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC! It was really really good!
