But saying "use something else" when I don't have anything else doesn't really help anyone. I got these things a long time ago, not recently, and I can't exactly just use something else, since my last something else is now a brick.

About broadcom ... actually I have Asus USB-BT400, and it works OOTB in OSX so I assume, that it will work with Linux as well... and it's broadcom

My Wiimote died. It have power but it can't connect on Wii or Bluetooth dongle. On Windows for some time it displayed driver error and now nothing. I guess this is normal after four years, but I'm still little surprised. Anyone else have their wiimote dead? Is it worth the repair or I just order a new one?
