I don't think we'll see a bunch of exclusives. Again, the N3DS looks a lot like the DSi, an upgrade that could potentially split a user base, but largely didn't cause any siginifcant shifts. The exception would have been DSiware, obviously, but that wasn't a dealbreaker at all.
My prediction: we'll get a handful of exclusives (more towards the end of the lifespan) but most games will be 3DS "normal" games. I expect many will just throw in some minor enhancements if you're playing on a N3DS, but still be playable on the 3DS.
Remember, N3DS units are still outnumbered by 3DS and 2DS units. If a company makes an exclusive, they're banking on a limited subset of gamers to make that game profitable. It doesn't make sense now to do that (XBC 3D was probably Nintendo justifying the existence of N3DS). Later, sure, but it's too soon; N3DS isn't that saturated in the 3DS market.
