No computers, programming or f***tards that can screw with me now. Time to work on my biceps! Thanks man! It's good to finally have gotten an easy job that doesn't need you to be an educated rocket scientist. It was an easy first day at work. Loaded some containers with heavy tools, fixed a couple of broken cables and angle grinders that was needed for an upcoming job at a cement factory. Oh and the breaks, man those were good to. When I was working as an systems developer I was so stressed out that I forgot to take breaks, other then the lunches. Here it is heaven. 07-09-2013, 03:41 AM

No point in trying to force yourself into other job categories (IT, sysadmin, etc) if it doesn't make you happy (and you don't need the pay or can get better pay). Even though you don't need "rocket science" for jobs in heavy industry, I still think some of the jobs people do are pretty impressive; some require a lot of skill built over years of training and practice. Hope you find it worthwhile. 07-09-2013, 03:57 AM

I know the guys I'm working with since I have worked extra in the company when I was younger and my dad have worked there for over 40 years so he knows pretty much everything inside out. I can learn much from him. Heck maybe I can work with bolt tensioning/stretching one day. But I suck at welding though. 07-09-2013, 04:09 AM

Apparently I can't store fat very well myself, a combination of genetics and an absurd metabolism. If the end of the world comes, how will I survive during periods of famine?
