That is my problem, though. No matter how tired I am, when I go to bed, I don't sleep for between 2 and 5 hours. It's amazing how bored you get watching a clock for five hours.

What are you guys, 12? adults need 7 hours of sleep to stay stable, i hardly ever go over that, i usually find myself in bed by 1AM and by 8AM i'm up again

I'm much more old but 5-6 hours are enough (in normal conditions )
