Problem with Controller Settings

I currently use a Logitech Dual Action Controller which was working perfectly fine until for some reason the right analogue stick is not calibrated properly. It is stuck on left. It was working perfectly fine before but now I can't calibrate it as it doesn't record any up or down motion. I tried deleted all 4 directions and redoing it but as soon as I do that the right analogue stick part is just frozen out.
