I had the same problem a few days ago. I found that somehow the N64 emulator I had just installed was messing with Dolphin (no idea how that was possible). I uninstalled Project 64 1.6 and Dolphin, then installed Project 64 again and after that, put Dolphin back on my pc. Now, everything works. For some reason the order in which I installed them was messing around with them.
Also, when I first installed Dolphin I had the same problems. Uninstall Dolphin, make sure Windows is completely up to date, install DirectX9.c next to DirectX11 and then re-install Dolphin. Once again, the order is very important. Dolphin won't magically see the plug-ins when you install DX9, you actually have to re-install it. |
