This is cool but I'm afraid it will be hard to find because the name of the app doesn't reflect what it does IMO. It's not only for Nintendo 64 for one thing, and something called "Patcher" just sounds like an IPS tool to me. How about something like "Virtual Console Patcher/Injector+" or "VC Custom ROM Workshop"?

Because a) It's not meant for the Virtual Console only, but regular ROMs too and b) Nintendo 64 is the primary focus, mostly OoT and MM.

It's that time of the year again. The next Patcher64+ update: v15.0.0. Yup, the next major revision. Download it from the GitHub link above. So what are the highlights? We got the next Redux version for Majora's Mask which is now based on Rando v1.13 instead of v1.12! Which has a few essential improvements. First off all, new quality of life additions such as the cutscene skip for summoning statues with the Elegy of Emptiness song. There's also the option to use the Fierce Deity Mask anywhere. For Dolphin users, those annoying microfreezes are gone when entering doors and for N64 console users no more crashing when using the Notebook. Yes, New Redux supports the Advanced Widescreen patch as well. A big shoutout for GhostlyDark for fixing the New Redux patch and a shoutout to Maroc for providing the initials. Let's hope it continues to work. I hate to see this being removed. A shoutout to Asra to sharing some GameShark codes she found so I could port them to OoT and MM. Another shoutout to ShadowOne333 for fixing an issue with the Restore Script for Majora's Mask. And a shoutout to MartinLFC confirming me to track down a crash issue in Woodfall Temple using Master Quest. Moving on, there are some GUI changes, ohh.. And I added Donkey Kong 64 as a new Game Mode, starting with just a single patch. Sorry lads, but I add more later. For Ocarina of Time we got a couple of new models here, including the return of the Sashed belt models for Link. Hurray to GhostlyDark for sorting those out. There are also new HUD button styles and sizes, including a preview. There's also a couple of fixes. And to make it easier for our users, let's try it again with another .exe. A launcher file which now opens the patcher. Let's hope Windows Defender can handle it... Complete changelog in the GitHub.

So soon? Another large update for the Patcher64+ Tool? Yes, indeed! Download it from the GitHub link above. The highlights again! Several bug fixes were applied. Master Quest for Majora's Mask got fixed a bit further. Let's see how long it hold. The "A Link to the Past" and "Ocarina of Time 3D" models are also back again. The GC Scheme option got fixed. A few options were removed due to issues. Preview render got updated. Credits and typo fixes and so on. Thanks for GhostlyDark as usual for his assistance in this. The Launcher has also been rewritten in C# now, so hopefully no more pesky virus scanners. Shoutout to Bighead. Some new options also got added, such as closing the Bomb Shop in Majora's Mask, enemy placements in Kokiri Forest, ACTUAL SKYBOXES for areas in Ocarina of Time which didn't had those and the ability to import your own script (be careful though, and make sure your replacement is proper, use on own risk). The Widescreen patches for Majora's Mask (both for Old and New Redux) have some changes regarding cutscene effects, so some testing is welcome. Brazillian Portugese also got updated for Ocarina of Time. There have also been some under the hood changes to speed and accuracy for text-related patching.
