So, i thought i'd give Paper Mario a try, since the BBox Errors were fixed (Hell yes)!
My problem is that when using the 60hz Mode, it doesn't really render at 60FPS, it renders at 50FPS
When disabling Audio Throttle and setting the FPS Limit to 60FPS, the game is too fast.
Also when disabling Idle Skipping, it does play at 60FPS, but stutters like hell, even if the FPS Counter stays at 60FPS.
Setting don't matter, as it also happens with the default ones
OS: Win7 64-Bit
Specs in Sig.
Dolphin-Version: 3.0-191, also happens in older Versions too...
I only have the PAL Version, so i can't really test others
