The AR codes for widescreen are not working for me in Majora's Mask Collector's Edition (PZLE01). Other AR codes work perfectly fine like the 30 FPS one. Does anyone know what the issue could be? Tried both the original and the alternative one. Enabling "Widescreen Hack" in the Dolphin options does extend the image but causes a lot of artifacts.

AR Codes have been discontinued.
Use the Patcher64+ Tool instead on a Wii VC WAD or N64 ROM (Rev0) for OoT. 02-22-2023, 06:07 PM
Help! I'm having trouble getting the Zelda 64 UHD texture pack to load correctly for Master Quest (GC OoT/MQ). I'm running Dolphin 5.0-18498 on an Apple M1 Max with MacOS 13.1. I've downloaded the "Zelda 64 UHD V6.1 (Dolphin - DDS)" folder with 3 subfolders inside (MM Pack, OoT Pack, Do Not Delete).
(1) - If I drag the "Zelda 64 UHD V6.1 (Dolphin - DDS)" folder to the Textures folder like I've seen stated then nothing at all will load. 0 MB. (2) - If I rename the Zelda 64 UHD folder to the Game ID "D43E01" it shows 6824.9 MB loaded but nothing noticeably changes except for text in the menus and text over the HUD but not the HUD itself. (3) - If I take the OoT subfolder and drag it to the Textures folder by itself and rename it to the GameID then 2686.8 MB will load and I can a beautifully redesigned intro and logo and I can actually see the landscape textures change but not any of the text or the HUD. (4) - If I take the Do Not Delete subfolder and drag it to the Textures folder by itself and rename it to the GameID then 1645.3 MB will load and I can see a couple textures, signs, some grass, and text. How do I set this up and get the HUD to look like the images at the beginning of this thread? Do I have to use the Patcher64+ tool?
You probably didn't load all three folders. One folder contains shared textures for both OoT and MM. The other two folders contain the textures exclusive to their respective game. The shared folder therefore only tends to load the HUD stuff.
The texture pack works by reading the .txt files within each of the three folders. Those .txt files determine which GameIDs the texture pack can be run on. You want to copy the three folders into the textures folder, not the packaged zip archive. If you want a different HUD style, you need to use the Patcher64+ Tool, yes. But the default style is also covered in HD. 02-24-2023, 11:10 AM
I think I got it figured out. Mostly anyhow. If I delete the language folder, everything but English, then it works. But if I leave multiple languages listed in the folder nothing works?
Ah! I wondered why the HUD looked so different in the video I saw. I didn't realize I had to use the Patcher64+ tool. Thanks! 03-07-2023, 03:05 AM

I'm sorry for the question but I'm very new to adding texture packs in. I've gotten several other texture packs to work but I'm really struggling with this one. The pack contains three subfolders, "Zelda 64 UHD - MM Pack", "Zelda 64 UHD - OoT Pack", and "Zelda 64 UHD (DO NOT DELETE)". Please forgive me, but I'm a bit confused. Which one of these subfolders goes in the Dolphin folder with the other texture packs I have? Do I have to change the texture pack every time I want to play a different game in the collection? Does each game in the collection have a unique ID? Or do I merge the content of all the subfolders and rename that to match the base game? Again please forgive me. I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do with all these extra folders.

It contains a txt file, which lists all the game ids (most ppl rename their texture pack folders after their game id, but using a txt file with a game id instead is possible too). In this case it makes sense to use the txt file because this texture pack contains two games (so also two game ids). The MM pack probably contains textures which are only used by Majora's Mask. The OoT pack probably contains textures which are exclusively for Ocarina of Time and the "DO NOT DELETE"-folder probably contains textures which both games use (you need this folder no matter if you play both games or just one of them, so they called them DO NOT DELETE). Correct me if I'm wrong.
Status of my GC texture packs:
Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life v1.1 (updated: 17.04.22) Need for Speed: Most Wanted v1.3.2 (updated: 20.02.23) Need for Speed: Underground 2 v1.4.3 (updated: 30.08.23) 04-03-2023, 10:08 PM
I've downloaded it several times and the only text document is named "changelog.txt". The text file doesn't contain the information you're referring to. Is there supposed to be another text file in it? The textures aren't showing up and I don't understand why.

The txt files with the game IDs are in the "Load" subfolders. Check if one of them match your game ID
