I can actually relate to this, when I did a clean install the other day with a new version of Dolphin I started the games without my saves and I got the same message with Other M.
Then I put my completed save in the title folder and it was gone and loaded normally. Though I didn't have this occurrence in 7468 a couple of weeks ago. Since I had my old saves I wasn't to worried. 05-10-2011, 09:56 PM

Hm? Looks like the game cannot create a new save file (anymore)...it's not the first game with this issue, but the first one to get the issue after working first...maybe some change broke this? You might want to consult shuffle2 about this.
