You're set to control with the wiimote tilt. Either set nunchuck to connected in wiimote configuration before you start the game, or press a button for the GC pad at the title screen (game supports both GC and wiimote). Enter the button configuration to see what buttons actually does what (and change them to what you want)

Just setup nJoy/keyboard plugin for playing the game with Gamecube controller

We mean the keyboard. You press the icon where it says "pad" in the Dolphin menu. These are the buttons you will use, you can change them to what you want. At the title screen of the game, press the button that is "A" on the GC controller to play the game with the GC pad plugin.
Extra info: (Don't get confused) If you're still having problems, click the wiimote icon next to the pad icon. You will enter the settings for the wiimote, then press "button mapping" in the lower left corner. Then just map the wiimote buttons so none are the same as the GC buttons.

Thanks a lot, i think my problem was indeed the fact that the a button form the gc controller and the wiimote were both the a key.
