map failed in...map readback texture

ive seen that some people has had this problem before so im gonna try make said problem more prominent

playing metroid prime 2:echos and it seems this bug like torvus bog a lot "attachment 1"

using dolphin build ver.5.0-9610 with d3d11

any other info needed?
