Hey There,
I'm playing The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword on the Dolphin build 3.5-367 and using a Real Wiimote + Motion Plus, and I've been having speed issues in the game. The game runs at around 35% of speed, which is really annoying. All the controls and stuff seems fine. And suggestions for a newer version? Or some fix?
My PC specs:
4.0 GB Ram
Processor: Intel Core i5 at 3.5 Ghz

Also as a side question, Twilight Princess also tends to slow down a bit in Hyrule Field, thus running at 50% of speed. ZTP hack under properties is enabled. Any known fix?

Thanks in advance Smile

Your build is old. You can get latest builds here

Which i5 processor is it exactly?

There's no fix. Hyrule Field is slow for everyone. Of course the more powerful your CPU is, the less slow Hyrule Field will be

I tried using a different build, the latest one actually, and I tested it with Twilight Princess, but the game was running slower than the previous build, Hyrule Feild running at 10-15% instead of the regular 45-50% I'll check for Skyward Sword though. :3

And yeah, Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20 GHz 3.19 GHz 4 CPUs

is a dual core CPU with Hyperthreading ( 2 cores 4 threads)

Dolphin doesn't care about Hyperthreading
You CPU is weak for the 2 demanding games
Overclock to 3.8GHz , you might be able to run Zelda SS near full speed . As I said before , Zelda TP - Hyrule Field is out of your reach even if you overclock your CPU

You'd be able to help me out with that? Since I'm not sure if my processor would get overclocked or not, or how to even do it.

Your old 650 should theorically be able to go higher than that (4.0GHz at least) but if you don't know what you're doing I recommend you to read a lot before doing anything Big Grin

Do you have enough courage to do that ? I won't take responsibility if sth goes wrong (though overclocking is not dangerous at all if you know what you're doing)

Did you build PC by yourself ? If you buy PC from OEM manufacturers such as Acer , Asus , Lenovo , Dell , HP ....you will not be able to overclock because OEM motherboard doesn't support overclocking

I guess then it won't be possible for my PC. I'd have to deal with the low speed then, haha xD

Also, the mic in the Wiimote doesn't make any sounds in SS, but it does in TP. Any known fix? I didn't get any ssistance from the SS wiki page either Tongue
